Student Participation Costs

The participation costs (tuition fees) for the four-semester study period are determined in the curriculum with EUR 18,000.

Those costs are covered for all students:

  • For students with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, the participation costs are covered by the scholarship.
  • For students without an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, the participation costs are waived by the consortium (tuition fee scholarship).

The Participation Costs Include:

  • Participation in all classes offered within the MARIHE curriculum
  • Costs for enrolment at the partner institutions
  • Support in administrative and organisational issues by the consortium partners
  • All examinations and issueing of the final degree documents

The Participation Costs Do NOT Include:

  • Travel costs from the country of origin and installation costs
  • Travel costs within the programme (between the mobilities)
  • Travel documents (visas, passports)
  • Costs for the translation and legalization of documents
  • Accommodation and living expenses
  • All other expenses, e.g. study books, stationery, photocopies, excursions

MARIHE consortium cannot held liable.

Funding Opportunities

To participate in MARIHE, the following (limited) funding opportunities are available – besides the tuition fee scholarship:

  • Erasmus Mundus Scholarship
  • Erasmus+ Student Mobility
  • A special scholarship for students from deprived backgrounds and/or first-in-family students
  • External funding sources
