Meet our Team
President
Dayana Sánchez (MARIHE cohort 7) is a Higher Education professional with nearly a decade of teaching experience and expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, and project management. She holds a double degree in Research and Innovation in Higher Education from Tampere University and Eötvös Loránd University. She currently serves as a Project Officer at the Institute for Innovative Teaching and Learning (I²TL) at the University of Luxembourg, where she is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Education Innovation Fund (EIF). Her work focuses on supporting innovation and quality enhancement in higher education teaching and learning.
Vice President
Ana (Annie) Godonoga (MARIHE cohort 3) is an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Higher Education Management, Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has more than eight years of experience as a higher education researcher and has worked on projects on the social impact of higher education, equity and inclusion, and quality and performance management at the OECD, UNESCO and in the university sector. Annie holds a Ph.D. degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business, a joint MSc in Research and Innovation in Higher Education from the University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and a BA in Business and Economics from the College of Wooster, United States.
